In 2023, Craig joined my group program — but got almost no results.Why? He was distracted. A cluttered office, small tasks, the wrong focus. Like taking a penalty shot while staring at the sidelines.

Craig hired a junior partner to offload lower-profit clients, admin, and meeting prep. That freed him to spend his best energy on the people who could open the biggest doors.


The result?📈 In 2022-23, Craig averaged $80m 

🚀 In 2024, he brought in $138m.🎯 In 2025, he’s already at $128m — including a $300m opportunity

All because of one thing: his identity shifted.
