Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1 September 2025.

At The Referral HQ, we are committed to providing high-quality training and coaching programmes. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before registering.

1. No Refunds

All payments made for programme registrations are non-refundable. Once you have enrolled and completed payment, you will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Failure to attend live sessions.

  • Partial participation in the programme.

2. Full Payment Requirement

Full payment is required upon registration to confirm your place in the programme. Access to programme materials, live sessions, and resources will only be granted after payment has been received in full.

3. Transfers & Substitutions

While payments are non-refundable, we may allow you to:

  • Transfer your enrolment to a future programme start date (subject to availability and our approval).

  • Substitute your registration with another eligible participant from your firm or team (with prior written consent).

Requests for transfers or substitutions must be made in writing to [insert contact email] at least 7 days before the programme start date.

4. Cancellations by The Referral HQ

In the unlikely event that The Referral HQ cancels or reschedules a programme, participants will be offered the option to:

  • Attend the rescheduled programme, or

  • Receive a full refund of the amount paid.

We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants (such as travel, accommodation, or software costs).
